Jerry Apps Book Release at the Patterson December 3rd - 6:30pm

The Tamarack River Ghost Haunts Wild Rose

Please join us for the release of Jerry's new book Tamarack River Ghost!  The reception will begin December 3rd at 6:30 pm, with a short (really Jerry?) book talk by Jerry and then a book signing in the Library.  The Tamarack River Ghost will be for sale at the library.

Please join us - Jerry is donating he proceeds of the book sales from that evening to the Friends of the Patterson Memorial Library.

This is Jerry's 5th novel in the Ames series-  previous titles are available at the Patterson Memorial Library.

Here's a little teaser:

When journalist Josh Wittmore moves from the Illinois bureau of Farm Country News to the Newspaper's national office in Wisconsin, he encounters the biggest story of his young career - just as the paper's finances may lead to it's closure.

Jerry Apps: A Farm Life to be on WPTV November 28, 7 pm

Did you miss the screening of Jerry Apps: A Farm Story?  This is a wonderful film about the American small farm, with images of our area, and narrated by Jerry.  The screening at the high school was a terrific experience - but you can still see the film Thursday, November 28, at pm on Wisconsin Public TV.

Hopefully the DVDs will arrive in time for the book release and we will have those for sale at the same time.
