An Evening with Jerry Apps

Just when you thought Jerry was too busy to write any more books - his next book has been released!  Titled "The Quiet Season - remembering country winters."  This book is a companion to the new DVD coming out in November by Wisconsin Public TV - "A Farm Winter with Jerry Apps."   To celebrate both of these releases, the Patterson Memorial Library in Wild Rose in partnership with the Wild Rose High School, WPTV and the Wisconsin Historical Society Press is hosting  "An Evening with Jerry Apps."

November 13 at the Wild Rose High School Auditorium, we'll start with some hors d' oeuvres at 6:15 in the auditorium lobby, then at 7:00 pm, Wisconsin Public TV will hold the world premiere of "A Farm Winter with Jerry Apps," featuring local scenes and photographs of our area and Waushara County.  Following the film, Jerry will answer a few questions and give a short talk about the companion book to the DVD, "The Quiet Season - remembering country winters."  Jerry will then be available to sign copies of the book in the lobby.  Please note that the DVD will not be available for sale at this time (as of this writing).
