The BIG WEEK!

This is it!  The BIG WEEK is here!  Busy does not begin to describe what's goping on!

Beginning Monday, Novemnber 16, 10am - Our new2nd Annual Silent Auction will be up and running for bids - the acution will run from Monday through Saturday, November 21.  WIneres will be notified November 21st, noon, at the end of the Annual Christmas Treasure and Bake Sale!   Bid on 6 different quilts and quilted items, a beautiful painting, a Portable Playpen by Graco, Jewelry and Mittens by Pat!

Monday, November 16- Library Board Meeting 7pm - You are welcome to attend any of our board meetings!  If you'd like to hear about the budget and how money is being spent, or just would like to hear what's going on - please come!

Tuesday, November 17- VIllage Board Budget Meeting 7pm - You are alos welcome to attend this meeting!  Please come and show support for the library!

Wednesday, November 18 - Mr. Kent Goes to School 9am - Mr. Kent reads to three classes at Wild Rose Elementary

                                         Mr. Kent's Storytime  10:30 am - Songs, Books, alphabet games, fingerplays and now musical accompaniment!

                                         Premier of The Land with Jerry Apps - At the Wild Rose High School Auditorium -Free event!

                                                                                                       6pm - CIder and Cookies

                                                                                                       6:30pm - Thank Yous  and Introductions

                                                                                                      7pm  - Showing of The Land With Jerry Apps, the brand new documentary from Wisconsin Public TV.  Book signing follows the film!

Thursday, November 19 - Waushar Tourism Resource Commission Request for Funds Meeting 8am - At the SIlvercryst.  The WTRC is dedicated ot proboting Waushara Trouism to folks outside of our county.  We have limited funds availabe for promoting Waushatra County outside of the county.  More information is available on line at www.wausharatourism.org, including how to apply for funds.  You may also call or stop by the library in Wild Rose and ask Mr. Kent for information.

Saturday, November 21 - Friends of the Patterson Annual Christmas Treasure and Bake Sale (with books and CDs, too!) - 9am to Noon! -  This Annual fundraiser will benefit the library by raising funds to upgrade our computer equipment as well as pay for Children's programming.  Please come support the library!
