Using your Smoker - for Meat, Poultry, Fish, Veggies and Cheese

Local smokemaster Tim Ganzel will be presenting a program on Using your smoker!  Did you get a smoker for Christmas, Easter, Father's Day or just because you love the flavor of smoked meat and always wanted to try it?  Tim will cover basic rubs, how to inject meat for flavor, prepping for smoking and what to do during the smoke!

Several different smokers will be at the Community Center, to show strengths and weaknesses of each, as well as to provide attendees with SAMPLES of smoked products!
