Dining out or buying pre-made meals is so easy to do, especially when you are just one person!  But the cost can really hurt your wallet and you will gain many health benefits by cooking fresh at home!  At this presentation, you will learn how to cut down recipes, have “planned-overs,” make one dish wonders, and also be able to practice these new skills.
