Well, summer is almost over - at least according to the school year!
About Our After School Program
The Library is once again hosting the After School Program when the school does not have their program, so from September 5 though the 15, and on Early Dismissmal Days we will have our program. We want to have a safe place for the youth of our communtiy to come to! Note that if you plan on having your children attend the library program, we need to have you fill out a sign up sheet and contact card. Your child will not be allowed to participate in the program if we doo not know how to contact you in case of emergency!
We do our best to keep the kids safe and offer homework help, a snack, and adult supervision when playing inside. We do our best to watch the kids when they are outside, but we cannot be responsible with our small staff. Children are not to leave our grounds, as you are expecting us to watch them, and we cannot have them wandering around the village. Please let your children know that we embrace the WIldcat Way - and those who break rules are not welcome back.
The program runs from 3:30pm to 5:00pm, please make arrangements to pick up your children or let us know that you will be late! The library closes at 6pm, we expect your children to be picked up before we close.
